Ultrasound imaging is a noninvasive medical test that helps DVM's diagnose
and treat medical conditions. Also, most pets do not require sedation.
Ultrasound can be used to help diagnose:
- Pregnancy, cancer, bladder stones, hepatitis and many other diseases
of the internal organs.
An Abdominal Ultrasound exam will evaluate:
- Liver
- Gallbladder
- Spleen
- Stomach, Small Intestines
- Pancreas
- Kidneys
- Bladder
- Uterus and Ovaries
*Cardiac Ultrasound is also available by Veterinary Cardiologist.
